::: Bazar du Monde:::

Events… Events….Events!!!

Childhood memories…“fine vegetables come and buy, mangos fresh come and buy. Fresh fish, dry fish come and buy….” it goes on and on.

This is the memory I have of my childhood days… when sent to the market. Amid the shouting and noisy crowd, we still found our way through and got all the ingredients mama needed for her soup.

Then it was normal, nothing special. But today it’s  a wonderful memory I cherish, not only because the food stuff were first class organic products , some straight from the farm or sea, or because there were varieties, a colorful mixture of what mother earth, from its generous abundance gave.

 It is a pleasant memory because those disorganized market rows, shouting from the market women and men, colorful products, harmonized and gave the perfect picture I have today of my Africa. And that picture makes my shopping at, EDEKA, ALDI, LIDLE, CARREFOUR, REAL you can name them, bearable…You are asking why? Because it’s not adventurous… enough…lol !!!

Anyway lovely people I know some of you, really miss this feeling, some long to experience it and those with critical minds want to understand why so much talk about a simple “Market”.
Let’s have a date, are you German, African( I know you are Ghanaian, Cameroonian , Nigerian, Ivorian etc…Please permit me to put us all in this category) Indian, Asian, " All ye people of this beautiful world". Its summer, time for adventure drag your lazy feet out of the house and catch some fun.

 It’s Bazar du Monde… the first of its kind. An opportunity to experience the splendid harmony of culture…hey people it’s the world brought to you…at your doorstep. It is free…yes Free!!!
