We want to use this occasion to say thank you.
Thank you for the sweet words of encouragement ,thank you all for the inbox messages and patience. We have been having our hands full lately, but after the short break we are back on deck and we appreciate your loyalty.

We aim at bringing you not only food to nourish your beautiful souls but also food to nourish the body.

We have on board a new Comrade Ma'a Jacka. The one and only and the  original. 
She will be bringing to you all a taste of African cuisine in French and English.
Our aim is not just to bring a new dimension to African cuisine but also to make it easy for everyone  to have African dishes regularly on our tables. With little techniques and ingredients we find here in Germany, a whole transformation can take place.
We also aim at using this platform to show case and let you savor the rich taste and the diversified nature of African cuisine.
We will bring to you not only pictures but also videos to help you cook your favorite meal.

A few years ago, Lapiro de Mbanga (RIP) got Cameroonians buzzing with hope and optimism to the tunes of “Constipated Constitution” and, last week, the socio-political consciousness of Africans in Freiburg and Cameroonians in particular was aroused by the “Constitution without constitutionalism” and “democracy without democrats” message delivered by Dr. Christopher Fomunyoh. The event took place at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, where he was invited by the department of political sciences as a guest lecturer.
